Order Processing Time

Once you place your order, please allow 7–14 business days for processing and production before shipment.

Shipping Time

• Estimated Delivery Time: 7–14 business days.

⚠️ Note: Delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control such as holidays, weather conditions, or natural disasters. While most shipments arrive on time, delivery timeframes are not guaranteed, and any delays are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it — no penalty or fees.

• To cancel, send an email with the subject: “CANCEL” to:

If your order has already shipped, unfortunately, we cannot cancel it.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Entered the wrong address?

• Simply reply to your order confirmation email with the correct information.

• You must notify us within 24 hours to correct the address before the order ships.

Damaged Items

We pack all items with care and padding. However, if your product arrives damaged:

1. Send us an email including:

   • Your order number

   • A photo of the damaged product

2. Once verified, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge.
